Only criticism is that I get no response to my emails from your sales team. I asked for the 5 day bmw insurance, but after driving the car home I realised I was never given and documentation for the insurance or was I asked for my driving licence.

Additional work to the car was required (fit new tyre) and as I was waiting, this was approved. The additional completion time 1-2 hrs went to nearly 4 hrs, so I had a long wait. I would have liked more updates for the delay. Supplier issue?

Curtesy vehicle supplied was disappointing. Locking wheel nut was left on the wheel behind the hub cap. I discovered when I enquired to a rattling sound coming from the rear of my car as I returned home. I was offered the option to take the car back

Everyone in the team was helpful and efficient and helped me an issue with my 1-series. Southampton Partridge is closer but they are inefficient, make so many errors and generally seem useless. Snows are a totally different experience

The recall issue was fixed very efficiently. Only negative really is that the car needs to be there all day and you are not provided with a means to leave (like a courtesy car) that is not at your own expense.

There is no longer any premium service offered by Snows/BMW. BMW used to be known for offering superior service to other brands, this is no longer the case. Customer waiting area is dull with basic facilities. There are never any while you wait opps.

My only reservations are that it is embarrassingly difficult to manoeuvre around the car park, and on exiting I had to find a member of staff to escort me, secondly I purchased a Dash cam and got absolutely no instruction on how to use it.

I feel Snows Portsmouth can be rude and if you are not dressed or seen to be of the higher class, then will not associate with you. I was looking at the cars outside and one sales person came out to see a car, never said hello and then went back in.

Car delivered at 9:30 but not looked at until pm. Worked need to be done and so I had no car over weekend. Offer to reschedule but would still cause inconvenience. Either ask for car to come in later or look at it earlier.

Apart from the replacement of the EGS system the mechanics did a full diagnostic on the vehicle and provided me with recommendations to fix issues they picked up and offered me a discount £100. The receptionists were really professional too.

Although the staff were great, I was told the car would be cleaned inside and out. The outside was cleaned, the inside was barely cleaned. A very light vacuum at best.

All employees I spoke to were very courteous and helpful. I was offered test drives and all options were discussed clearly, I never felt rushed. I was kept updated on the build and delivery progress of my car. The hot chocolate was also very good!
