Snows attention to detail and customer care was exemplary. It was a delight to have my car red for in such a responsible way
Having had a previous visit which fell short of my expectations, on this occasion the experience was a lot better - even if it did cost me rather a lot of money
Jeremy Baverstock answered all my questions and was very friendly and helpful.
Car going well after service . The gent explained what was done . Overall felt confident all was done with utmost efficiency.
The day before my service I cancelled the courtesy car. On the day of my service I arrived only to find the whole booking had been cancelled from the system. The service and alloy wheel refurb were carried out but this was not a great start.

Everything was completed on schedule and to budget. I was kept up to date with all developments.
Very well looked after by the staff. However, there was white residue on both sides of the car (below the wing mirrors). We also found scratch marks on the rear bumper. We cannot be 100% sure they occurred during the service, but not observed before
Staff did what they said they would do. Follow up was good
Booked in for a vibration on idle. On drop-off I explained the vibration could also be felt when moving and how to recreate it. By time of drop off other issues were present; these were fixed, however on pick-up, the vibration was still unresolved.

I had never used PCP before....my understanding was that I could swap the car in for another new one before the end of the 4 years once I was in positive equity. I asked the finance guy at snows and he said about the 2 year mark I could. Absolute lie

It took a long time to get service at the parts desk and when I last bought the car in it took hours to reprogramme the keyfob.

No problems at all, took car in waited and everyone treated me very well. Had quite a laugh with the poor maintenance guy who was being run ragged!

Car warranty fix of vibrating windows - by adding teflon tape. I was waiting. Was c4hr wait and car seems ok (if it lasts) and shorter wait than had anticipated after idea given at checkin (which would have been good). Staff polite
The express check in is very nice. It would be nice to have something similar for pickup. Maybe pay online and then pick up the keys from your nice man outside with the clipboard.
There is some squeaky sounds when I pressed the clutch after 2 days

Service cost more than £500....for nothing out of the ordinary...this is just too expensive Was not given the option to have rcommendatiins fixed during the day
Was provided with courtesy taxi but the return pick up failed to materialise in a timely manner so had to make my own way back to the dealership.
Work was undertaken in a timely manner and pleasant surroundings to wait while it was done.
Simple service, which is quite expensive. For the price would think car would be complimentary cleaned.
My problem was with the charging unit. I don't feel I was given specific advice except for the video which was useful

I was perfectly happy with all that happened when the car went in. My only question mark would be over the BMW warranty process. But that is not in the hands of the folks at Snows.
Very quick and efficient

From start to finish the service was exceptional. Truly outstanding, and an experience every industry could benefit from. Nice little touches like apples at reception, but the taxi and drop off service was very helpfull and much appreciated.

Pleasant staff and surroundings
Had to wait over two weeks to get my car booked in. Had my car all day, but failed to fix the very issue in went in for, i.e. Auto wipers not working. Clearly the car was not tested to confirm the 'fix' had worked. I now have had to book in back in.
The booking process was very efficient. However despite prior approval from your warranty manager, the agreed warranty work was not carried out on my booked service, warranty check and mot! This meant another visit. The work was still not carried out
Always very welcoming and courteous, cannot fault the service.
Boot not vacuumed. Small issues not really resolved. Settings in car lost. Car didn't 'feel' serviced. However, general customer care decent.
Staff were very friendly. The lunch I had at the Snows Portsmouth was good when I was waiting for the tyre changing of my car.
Difficulty arranging a loan car.
There was a technical fault with my car which meant it had to stay in over night to deal with and do the service as well. A courtesy car was made at very short notice and I was not put in a difficult position.

Very efficient, no fuss
Everything in respect of the service was excellent. My only negative is that certain personal settings such as Auto Headlights and Auto Reset on the trip computer had been switched off. They may need testing during the service but should be put back.

The job got done under warranty but not without problems and delays that caused me a fair bit on inconvenience.
They knew I had an appointment and I was booked in immediately and the service on my car took the time they stated it would.
Booking appt took about 30 mins. Wait of 2 months for the next appointment. I was told when booking that it would take too long for me to wait, but when booking in I was asked if i wanted to wait, and it took a little over an hour, inconvenient.

I was kept informed, and looked after perfectly on my visit, Lorraine is a huge credit to your business.
Booked service 1 month prior, no c/car. Told 4.30 pm car was needed over night as part needed replacing. Next evening, told at 4.30 not finished. No way of getting home. After 1 hour car provided. Next day told not ready. 10 mins later told it was!

I was kept informed of everything from cost of repair, how long it would take and when my car would be returned. Excellent friendly service.
I needed a last minute service booking and they fit me in and provided a courtesy car which meant I could still get on with my day. Met with a smile by the car park staff and then at the reception and then with my service assistant.
3 months lead time for an appointment is too long. Also, the conditions for the courtesy car are more typical of dodgy rent a car companies: e.g. fuel policy and excess for damage.
The service was carried out to the standard I would expect.
Snows BMW have a very experienced team to deal with and you as the customer have also built a relationship with the garage. The BMW team are available to help and advise with any questions you may have re the sales process

I was served by Neil MaGrath. He explained the terms and conditions of the car I wanted to buy. He paid full attention as to my requirements. I was made very welcome. Neil is a credit to the company.
Mark Byron was great and involved colleagues (even the GM) despite a busy VIP event. When Mark was away, Jasper stepped in to assist with the admin side too. For delivery, I needed it to be quick and it was. The car was ready and looked great

I would have preferred black alloy wheels but the cars on offer were already made. The staff did their best to find a car as close to my specifications as possible.
